It was clean and very comfortable! The staff was pleasant and thoughtful. I usually have trouble with waking up with my hips hurting but the mattress was very comfortable and didn’t have any issues sleeping! I would definitely stay here again!

Basic Breakfast, but enough to get you started for the day. Although I did not try their dinner, it is very rare to see hotels serving complimentary dinners- this is especially great news for business travelers as we are always on the go and don't really have the luxury to choose what to eat. Also, the front staffs were all very friendly, and out of the 4 hotels I stayed at on my recent trip, I felt most "welcome" at Springhills. I am sure different Springhills locations would have different staff and "Hotel Culture" but I can see the location in Wenatchee had excellent staff and customer service training (from the front staff to the cleaning team). I rarely comment on these reviews (only negative experiences) but I felt compelled to leave a good review for the sake of the staff there. A+!

The room was spacious, the pool was warm and comfortable, the lobby had lots of tables for playing games

This hotel was fantastic! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining area was always well-maintained. As a nice touch, they even served fresh cookies each evening. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The foyer and common area of the hotel are nice, including the stairwell….I like to take the stairs and get some exercise when possible and this one was one of the best I’ve seen. The Manager’s Reception is a wonderful touch and breakfast is good.

I loved the size of the room. I also loved the pull out couch that was great for the kids. It was a beautiful room all around. And the hotel was very accommodating keeping us all together.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was clean and loved having the toilet and shower in separate areas which is very helpful when traveling with more than one person. The warm cookies were a hit with my children. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was fresh and hot.
